The Holidays are coming soon! The TRES Holiday Shop is a program designed by the PTA for students to shop on their own, in a fun and safe environment. Children will have the opportunity to pick out inexpensive, quality gifts to purchase for family and friends. They can learn to budget their money and spend wisely, while also experiencing the joy of giving.

 

Envelopes will be provided for you to indicate who your child(ren) will be shopping for and their budget. The envelopes will be sent home in Thursday folders and should be brought with your child when he/she comes shopping. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SHOP DURING THE SCHOOL DAY. Please do not send the envelopes into school with your child. During Holiday Shop hours, volunteer helpers will take the children through the shop and assist them in selecting appropriate gifts within their budget. The gifts range from 25 cents up to $12.00. Please note, students must be accompanied by an adult to the holiday shop as it is after school hours.

Cash is preferred, however checks should be made payable to TRES PTA (despite what the envelope says) and left blank until your child has finished shopping as we can only provide change for cash. FREE GIFT WRAPPING WILL BE PROVIDED!
