The Thursday Folders chair organizes the Thursday Folder team.  Each Thursday, the school and/or PTA will have informational items or school work to place in a red folder with the student's contact information on it.  The folder is used to communicate with the parents/guardians of the student.  The team collects the folders from the classrooms each Thursday morning, stuffs the folders, and returns them to the classroom.  The team may require 1-2 volunteer hours every Thursday morning dependent upon the amount of items to be stuffed.
